Assembly
Simple assembly of a wide variety of products is a common task at Affordable. Our willing hands can provide cost savings over buying expensive machinery. And because we can dedicate as many people to a project as it takes, we can usually provide faster (and less-expensive) turnaround than your company's in-house efforts. We are also quite capable of building custom jigs and fixtures.

Packaging/Repackaging
Need bulk products repackaged into smaller packages or sorted into variety packs and then distributed to your stores or customers? We can do it. We can also take truckloads of finished items and package them for distribution. And if the finished packaging requires heat-sealing, stretch-wrapping, or heat-shrinking, we have the machinery it takes to make it happen.

Collating/Decollating
Annual reports, meetings or class binders, instruction books— you name it, we've collated it— for some of the biggest companies in Canada. For all of your collating needs, let us put it together. And if you have rooms full of books and binders that need updating, we've helped to save thousands of dollars in printing costs decollating and re collating old sections with new ones.

Reclamation/Sorting
Bad parts happen. If you have bad batches of out-of-spec parts mixed in with good ones, let us work with you to reclaim those good parts and save costs on new production.

Inspection
Inspections, visual quality gauging, and taking measurements can be costly. Our workforce can work through your quality control needs as well as sort and reclaim parts by particular inspection criteria.

Affordable has a warehouse to compliment its workforce, shipping and receiving products and packages every day.

Storage
Affordable has a large warehouse facility with truck docks, allowing us to store both incoming and finished goods for distribution from our facility. The warehouse is climate controlled, so we can keep non-refrigerated  products in-house all year round.

Labeling/Re-Labeling
Errors on printed labels happen all the time, but there's no reason to delay shipment of those products. With Affordable, we can label or re-label almost ay sort of product or package very quickly, and most importantly, cost-effectively.
